  I have been with Prudential/ Plymouth Rock for over 29 years, and I am ready to switch companies! Have first homeowners claim since policy inception. Could not talk with claims rep, just phone tag. Called company customer service, and they could not contact any claims reps (they could only leave emails and voice mails). Reps are never available. Had a loss over a week ago, can't use kitchen. Black Mold is growing. So far, after many hours of trying, no service from company. Look elsewhere if shopping!

  I just called the company and spoke with Stacy in Customer Care. She was super!!! Very professional in tone, friendly and answered all my questions. My experience talking to Stacy was so great I had to jump right on here and share with anyone interested in reading.
